Bill Seiter serves as a mediator for parties involved in trademark, copyright and related business disputes. He received his training as a mediator at the World Intellectual Property Organization's Advanced Workshop for Mediators in Intellectual Property Disputes, the International Trademark Association's Advanced Mediation Training, and Pepperdine University's annual courses for mediators sponsored by the US District Court for the Central District of California. He is experienced both as a mediator and as an attorney representing parties in numerous mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Among other mediation activities, Bill had served since 2007 as an Attorney Settlement Officer of the US District Court for the Central District of California, and since 2006 as a mediator on the International Trademark Association’s Panel of Neutrals.
